We know we should be using AI. Where do we start?

That's where most businesses start, and it's exactly what the AI Strategy Sprint is for. We look at how your business works, find where AI will make the biggest difference, and give you a clear plan for what to do first.

Does our data need to be in order first?

Usually not. Part of the first step is finding out what data you have and what's good enough to start with. A lot of useful AI work needs very little.

Which AI models do you use?

Whichever fits the job: Claude, OpenAI's models, Gemini or open-source models. We aren't tied to one vendor, and we design so you can switch later.

Is our data safe?

Yes. We don't let AI services train on your data, we share only what each task needs, and a person approves anything sensitive. If you need a HIPAA-ready or certified setup, we arrange it in your name.

Who owns what you build?

You do. The code, prompts and data stay yours, in your own accounts.
